2016 Transgender Day Of Remembrance

On Sunday, November 13th at 7:00 pm, TransPosition Vocal Ensemble hosts its special Transgender Day Of Remembrance event at the UU Church Of Manchester, NH (669 Union Street).

We call it "An Evening Of Remembrance And Hope" and welcome everyone - whether you are Trans, a Trans Ally, or just want to learn more - to come and participate.

This event is part ceremony, part concert, and we will also be inviting all attendees to raise voices in song along with us, as we seek to honor the dead and inspire the living.

Come and hear the history of the Transgender Day Of Remembrance, hear people speak first-hand about what it's like to be Trans here in New Hampshire, and find out how local activists are fighting the good fight for Trans equality in our state.

There will be time afterward for refreshments and conversation.

Those who attended last year found it a very moving experience. We hope to make it even more so this year. Won't you come and help us make it happen?

You can find out more about us here (see the left-hand menu) and at https://www.facebook.com/TransPositionVocalEnsemble/
